Listening in a group is especially portentous. If you do it well, you can learn a great deal, present yourself in a favorable light, and contribute to a positive atmosphere and high level of productivity on the part of the group. Poor listening in a group, on the other hand, can lead to serious negative consequences.So during the discussion, I always made sure to follow these things. I made sure to create eye contact when someone was talking and the people I was speaking with. I also used a comfortable tone to make sure everyone heard me and didn’t talk over me. Everybody else in the discussion also made eye contact and used a professional tone.
